We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Senior Finance Consultant to support delivery of finance transformation initiatives, including emerging AI-driven capabilities. In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of D365 Finance solutions that meet client needs and drive business value.
Responsibilities:
Support design and implementation of D365 F&SCM financial solutions
Assist in gathering requirements and developing business process scenarios
Facilitate and document design sessions to align business needs with system capabilities
Analyze financial processes and recommend improvements within D365 F&SCM
Configure finance modules and support testing, training, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Support issue resolution through structured analysis
Maintain knowledge of D365 Finance, releases, and emerging AI capabilities
Build strong client relationships through consistent delivery
Utilize tools such as Lifecycle Services, BPM/RSAT, and Azure DevOps
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field
3–5 years of Microsoft consulting experience with implementations
Hands-on finance configuration experience (GL, AP, AR, etc.)
Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-310) or equivalent experience
Experience with Lifecycle Services, BPM/RSAT, and DevOps
Exposure to AI, analytics, or automation in finance is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel up to 25%
If residing in Canada, must be a Canadian citizen to qualify for a TN visa and travel to the U.S.
The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000 - $145,000 (U.S.) The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $133,800 - $170,200 (U.S.). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
