Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role focuses on technical implementation, system enhancements, integrations, and performance optimization while ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and CRM integrations, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Customization- Develop custom plugins using C# (.NET)
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows
- Implement client-side scripting using JavaScript
- Develop custom workflow activities
- Build and maintain PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls
- Develop Power Automate flows to automate business processes
- Build Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
- Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, and security
- Implement business rules, calculated fields, and automation logic
- Develop integrations using REST APIs and Web Services
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with ERP systems and third-party platforms
- Work with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
- Troubleshoot and optimize integrations and system performance
- Manage solution deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments
- Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
- Manage version control and release management
- Support environment setup and maintenance
- Analyze and resolve system performance issues
- Optimize plugins, queries, and workflows
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security best practices
- Monitor logs and troubleshoot system errors
- Conduct unit testing and support SIT and UAT
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support
- Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Document technical solutions and configurations
RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3–4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Proven hands-on experience in CRM technical development and customization
- Strong proficiency in:
- C# and .NET
- JavaScript
- Dynamics 365 SDK
- Dataverse
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security model
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience developing PCF controls
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
- Experience working in Microsoft Partner environments
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
