So, what are we looking for?     

We are looking for a hands-on Business Central Developer with strong expertise in plugin/extension development, customization, and implementation. This role requires a blend of technical depth and financial understanding, enabling you to build solutions, not just configure systems, and work closely with finance teams to drive process improvements and innovation using AI.

What are your responsibilities?   

• Lead development, customization, and implementation of D365 Business Central / MS NAV solutions
• Design and develop custom plugins/extensions (AL) and actively enhance system capabilities
• Build integrations using APIs, REST, OData, JSON, XML
• Configure and customize BC to meet business and finance requirements
• Collaborate directly with finance and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Leverage AI tools and solutions to improve finance operations (AR automation, close cycles, cash flow forecasting)
• Work with cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and ensure system performance, data quality, and security
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize BC implementations
• Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a knowledge-sharing culture

Does experience count?   

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / MS NAV
• Strong hands-on expertise in implementation, configuration, and customization
• Must have experience in developing plugins/extensions using AL (mandatory)
• Proficiency in AL, C/AL, with working knowledge of C#, .NET, and web technologies
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and web services (REST, OData, JSON, XML)
• Solid understanding of finance operations: AR, AP, revenue recognition, cash flow, and inventory management
• Ability to work directly with business/finance stakeholders and independently drive solutions
• Familiarity with AI or AI-assisted solutions in finance operations (automation, forecasting, optimization)
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to mentor, train, and share knowledge with others
