Microsoft Azure Administrator (m/f/d)

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Key responsibilities:

• Azure Administration & Security – Manage and secure the Microsoft Azure tenant across all services, ensuring a stable and compliant environment.
• Operations & Monitoring – Maintain, update, and optimize resources for performance, availability, and cost-efficiency; monitor environments, respond to incidents, and ensure reliable backups.
• Automation & Policy Development – Create and implement policies, automation scripts, and reporting tools to streamline processes and enhance transparency.
• Collaboration & Compliance – Work closely with IT security and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards and integrate security best practices.
• Innovation & Access Management – Test and roll out new Azure features, manage role-based access control (RBAC), and support both problem resolution and project delivery.

We expect:

• Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certification – Current Microsoft certification (e.g., AZ-104).
• Azure Experience – Several years of experience in Microsoft Azure administration and/or Azure project delivery.
• Technical Skills – Hands-on expertise across key Azure services, including AKS, Virtual Servers, Storage, Networking, Automation, and Monitoring.
• Enterprise Experience – Proven track record working in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
• Language Skills – Fluent in English and German; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
