All Lines Technology is seeking a Microsoft AI & Copilot Engineer to help customers plan, deploy, govern, and sustain Microsoft AI solutions. This customer-facing role combines technical delivery with consultative engagement across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, and the Microsoft 365 platform.
The engineer supports the full engagement lifecycle, from presales discovery and demonstrations through readiness assessments, adoption delivery, low-code agent development, and recurring managed services. The role is designed for a Microsoft 365 engineer who is ready to deepen their focus on AI while maintaining secondary responsibility for Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams communication services.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Translate Microsoft AI capabilities into practical customer outcomes through strong engineering, thoughtful governance, and sustained adoption.
What You'll DoCopilot Presales & Solution Design- Serve as the technical resource for Microsoft Copilot opportunities, including discovery calls, kickoff meetings, and offering overview presentations.
- Deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot agent demonstrations tailored to customer business scenarios and industry use cases.
- Qualify customer environments against Copilot prerequisites, including licensing, identity configuration, data location, and application readiness.
- Develop scope definitions, level-of-effort estimates, and rough-order-of-magnitude pricing input for assessment, adoption, and managed service proposals.
- Contribute technical content to statements of work, offering decks, and customer-facing proposal materials.
- Advise on Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing paths, Copilot Credits, and usage-based consumption models in coordination with the licensing team.
- Deliver Copilot Readiness Assessments, including tenant discovery, prerequisite validation, readiness scoring, findings and roadmap reporting, and executive readouts.
- Deliver Copilot Optimization Assessments that evaluate existing deployments for configuration, security, governance, and usage gaps, with prioritized remediation plans.
- Execute Copilot adoption services, including core settings configuration, phased rollout planning, pilot cohort enablement, and expansion to broader user populations.
- Review SharePoint oversharing and data access governance and consult on remediation using SharePoint Advanced Management.
- Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Purview capabilities, including sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, and retention policies, to support customer discussions.
- Configure Microsoft 365 Copilot through the Microsoft 365 admin center and Copilot Control System, including licensing, feature scoping, agent settings, and organizational prompts.
- Produce assessment workbooks, findings and roadmap reports, configuration documentation, and change records.
- Design, build, test, and deploy low-code agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio to address customer workflow and business process requirements.
- Configure agent knowledge sources, topics, actions, and connectors, including Microsoft Graph connectors and Power Platform integrations.
- Establish lifecycle practices for agent creation, approval, change, publishing, and retirement, supported by an agent registry and enhancement backlog.
- Monitor agent performance and Copilot Credits consumption and tune designs to improve accuracy and control cost.
- Lead customer handover sessions and create documentation that enables customer teams to operate and extend deployed agents.
- Deliver recurring Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent 365 managed services, including license adjustments, feature announcement communications, and scheduled consultation reviews.
- Monitor usage reporting and conduct ROI investment reviews on the defined cadence, presenting findings and recommended actions to customer stakeholders.
- Support Agent 365 observability and governance, including inventory, activity monitoring, policy review, and reporting.
- Conduct routine SharePoint Advanced Management assessments and permissions hygiene reviews.
- Support adoption campaigns through targeted communications and enablement sessions for underutilized license populations.
- Maintain accurate service records, runbooks, and customer-specific configuration baselines.
- Plan, Design, Implement, and Support Exchange Online adoptions and migrations, including mail flow, connectors, mailbox management, retention, and messaging hygiene.
- Plan, Design, Implement, and Support Microsoft Teams administration, policy management, governance settings, and end-user collaboration enablement.
- Plan, Design, Implement, and Support Teams Voice deployments, including Teams Phone, calling plans or Direct Routing, call queues, auto attendants, and number management.
- Plan, Design, Implement, and Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Teams Phone device deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Provide escalation support and technical guidance to internal delivery teams for Microsoft 365 communication workloads.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, delivery playbooks, assessment templates, runbooks, and customer report templates.
- Develop reporting using Microsoft 365 admin center analytics, Viva Insights, and Power BI to track adoption, license utilization, and value realization.
- Contribute to the continued build-out of the Microsoft AI and Copilot service portfolio.
- Maintain current knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio roadmap and brief the team on delivery-impacting changes.
- Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or a closely related technical discipline; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in customer or enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including admin center configuration, license assignment, and feature enablement.
- Experience building or configuring low-code solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio or the Power Platform.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control, and least-privilege administration.
- Understanding of SharePoint Online permissions, oversharing risk, and data governance fundamentals as they relate to Copilot grounding data.
- Experience with planning, designing, implementing, and supporting Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams, including Teams Voice or Teams Phone.
- Customer-facing consulting skills, including workshop facilitation, technical presentation, and clear written documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements, deliverables, and recurring service commitments.
- Working understanding of Microsoft Purview capabilities, including sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, retention, and Compliance Manager assessments.
- Experience with Agent 365, agent governance, or AI agent observability and lifecycle management.
- Experience in a Microsoft partner, managed service provider, or cloud solution provider environment, including delegated administration through GDAP and Microsoft partner incentive-funded engagements.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365 automation.
- Experience supporting SMB, mid-market, manufacturing, education, healthcare, or government organizations.
Microsoft AI-focused certifications are a priority for this role because they support both customer delivery and the organization’s Microsoft Partnership and Copilot Specialization. Candidates who do not already hold the strongly preferred certifications will be expected to obtain them within an agreed timeframe after hire. Study time and exam costs are supported.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering MECM/SCCM in enterprise environments
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune
- Strong experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 deployment, management, and troubleshooting
- Experience with operating system deployment, application packaging and deployment, patch management, endpoint security, and device compliance
