Acts as first point of contact for users, provides customer support via phone/email/chat, documents and tracks issues, escalates to appropriate teams, maintains support documentation, and monitors rollout trends for leadership.

Provide onsite technical support for up to 200 end users: respond to requests, troubleshoot PC hardware/software, LAN and voice network issues, install and upgrade components, monitor systems, document and track incidents, train users, coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors, and participate in IT projects.

Lead and manage the sprinkler design team; plan workloads with Sales and Project Management; produce fire sprinkler drawings, hydraulic calculations, and fabrication/material lists; ensure NFPA code compliance; assist designers with code and design questions; coordinate approvals and requisitions; perform occasional field work.

Support the finance team with day-to-day AR and AP tasks: prepare/send invoices, post payments, enter vendor invoices, match POs, assist with reconciliations and month-end close, maintain records, respond to billing/vendor inquiries, and perform general administrative accounting duties. Designs, implements, and supports enterprise endpoint management across MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Responsibilities include OS deployment, application lifecycle, patching, co-management with Intune, Autopilot, security policies, automation with PowerShell and Graph API, reporting, and Tier 3 escalation/mentoring.

Design and lay out fire sprinkler systems using HydraCAD and CAD/BIM tools, apply NFPA codes, perform hydraulic calculations and flow tests, coordinate with trades, conduct field checks, prepare material lists, manage procurement, and produce as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Lead network architecture, strategy, and engineering for enterprise networks. Provide Palo Alto firewall leadership, design scalable secure solutions, lead projects (refreshes, migrations, SD-WAN), troubleshoot escalations, mentor engineers, and maintain documentation, standards, and high availability.

Serve as strategic advisor for a portfolio of complex clients, build executive relationships, lead Strategic Business Reviews, create and execute success plans, analyze customer health and outcomes, coordinate internal teams to mitigate risks, and drive retention, adoption, and long-term growth.

Provide onsite desktop and infrastructure support for a manufacturing facility: troubleshoot Windows endpoints, manage VMware VMs, SQL Server, IIS, SAN and backup systems, execute patch cycles, maintain computer room operations, support security/compliance, and collaborate with global IT teams to improve processes.
