Designs and lays out fire sprinkler systems using construction drawings, HydraCAD, and related software. Performs hydraulic calculations, code compliance reviews, water supply testing, field checks, material listings, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Supports project scheduling and site meetings, then prepares as-built drawings and Operations & Maintenance manuals for project turnover.

Supports the Finance Department with daily accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, invoice entry, reconciliations, vendor and customer records, payment processing, and billing inquiries. The role also assists with data entry, month-end and year-end close, and general administrative accounting tasks. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth. This is a part-time, 24-hour-per-week office position with no travel.

Leads a sprinkler design team, assigns projects, manages design schedules, coordinates completion timelines with sales and project management, and supports sprinkler system layouts. Prepares fire sprinkler drawings, hydraulic calculations, construction plans, material stock listings, and requisitions. Provides guidance on NFPA codes and design strategies while coordinating approvals and field installation requirements.

Designs, implements, administers, and supports enterprise endpoint management using MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Responsibilities include operating system deployment, application packaging, patching, compliance, endpoint security, Autopilot, Entra ID integration, co-management, automation with PowerShell, reporting, documentation, Tier 3 support, customer workshops, and mentoring junior staff.
