Designs, implements, administers, and supports enterprise endpoint management using MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Responsibilities include operating system deployment, application packaging, patching, compliance, endpoint security, Autopilot, Entra ID integration, co-management, automation with PowerShell, reporting, documentation, Tier 3 support, customer workshops, and mentoring junior staff.

Designs and lays out fire sprinkler systems using architectural and construction drawings, HydraCAD, and related software. Performs hydraulic calculations, code compliance reviews, hydrostatic flow tests, field checks, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, material listings, procurement support, project scheduling, as-built drawings, and O&M manual preparation.

Provide onsite desktop and infrastructure support for a manufacturing facility: troubleshoot Windows endpoints, manage VMware VMs, SQL Server, IIS, SAN and backup systems, execute patch cycles, maintain computer room operations, support security/compliance, and collaborate with global IT teams to improve processes.

Support and administer the ERP environment by resolving tickets, troubleshooting issues, assisting users, monitoring performance, maintaining documentation, and supporting upgrades, testing, integrations, reporting, and data integrity initiatives. The role collaborates with finance, HR, operations, vendors, and internal teams to improve ERP functionality and business processes.

Supports the Finance Department with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, invoice entry, reconciliations, vendor and customer record maintenance, billing inquiries, payment processing, and month-end and year-end close support. The role also performs financial data entry and general administrative duties. Training is provided, and the position is part-time at 24 hours per week with no travel.

Leads the sprinkler design team, assigns workload, manages design schedules, and coordinates completion timelines with sales and project management. Provides technical guidance on sprinkler codes and design strategies, prepares fire sprinkler drawings and hydraulic calculations, develops construction plans for approval, and creates accurate material stock lists and requisitions. The role requires strong knowledge of NFPA codes, AutoCAD, sprinkler system design, and NICET certification.

Administer and support large-scale Linux infrastructure across physical and virtualized environments. Responsibilities include server configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, application and Oracle database migrations, shell-script automation, performance tuning, capacity planning, backup and storage support, disaster recovery, root cause analysis, and collaboration with infrastructure and application teams.

Own infrastructure security remediation and patch compliance across Windows, Linux, cloud, on-premises, network, and certificate assets. Plan and execute monthly, zero-day, and out-of-band patching with canary testing, change controls, maintenance windows, and rollback procedures. Operate enterprise security and ITSM tooling, coordinate vendors, manage certificate lifecycles, publish compliance and audit reports, and lead security-infrastructure governance meetings.

Provide first-level phone-based IT support to field and internal users, troubleshooting Windows, Dell hardware, and company applications; document tickets, guide users through resolutions, escalate as needed, and follow IT procedures to improve support processes.

Acts as first point of contact for users, provides customer support via phone/email/chat, documents and tracks issues, escalates to appropriate teams, maintains support documentation, and monitors rollout trends for leadership.
