From PKI and domain services to Teams and SharePoint, you’ll be the architect behind a seamless, secure, and scalable Microsoft ecosystem.

Your Day Consists Of

• Administering and optimizing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD in a hybrid environment
• Designing, implementing, and managing PKI infrastructure and domain services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory)
• Automating workflows using PowerShell and DevOps principles to eliminate manual tasks and boost scalability
• Leading the configuration and customization of SharePoint Online, from site collections to workflows
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on compliance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Creating and maintaining thorough documentation for processes, systems, and technical procedures

You’ll Be Successful With

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ focused on Microsoft 365, managing domains and related identity services
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid domain environments
• Strong PowerShell skills for infrastructure work – bonus points for other tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
• Hands-on experience with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and certificate lifecycle management
• A Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300) and experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Intune (preferred)
• A strong efficiency mindset and the ability to own both domain admin and SharePoint admin work

Note: this role will ramp-up in at our Store Support Center, then transition to hybrid (where you’ll collaborate in-person twice a month).

WORKING CONDITIONS (TRAVEL, HOURS, ENVIRONMENT)

• Limited travel required including air and car travel
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
