Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Microbial testing – Performing various tests to detect pathogens and identify microorganisms in materials produced in the plant.
Sample preparation – Preparing and compositing materials from production. Ensure proper enrichment of materials and accurate use of stock media.
Data collection and interpretation – Analyzing test results and interpreting their implications for food safety and quality.
Environmental Monitoring – Conducting environmental testing to identify potential contamination sources in the production floor and its surrounding areas.
Compliance – Ensure adherence to SOPs and other food safety regulations and industry standards.
