Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay is currently seeking applicants for an Area Sales Manager Poland (m/f/d).
In this position, you will drive profitable growth across Poland by developing customer relationships, building and managing a healthy pipeline, and ensuring strong cross-functional coordination to deliver value and execution excellence for customers.
What you will be doing:
- Own territory execution across Poland, including account planning, customer coverage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop long-term customer partnerships and manage senior stakeholder relationships across commercial and technical interfaces.
- Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and conversion into revenue.
- Lead commercial discussions (pricing, terms) and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution.
- Provide market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors) and translate it into focused actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, align stakeholders, evaluate milestones, and support final acceptance of deliverables as needed.
- Provide information and consultancy on key principles and standards of cooperation with customers and partners.
- Plan and coordinate activities in assigned local projects or workstreams, together with involved management and stakeholders.
What you will bring along:
- Degree in electronic engineering
- Proven experience in B2B sales / account management in a technical or industrial environment (electronics/semiconductors preferred).
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Structured, proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong communication skills in English; Polish fluency is expected.
- Willingness to travel mainly within Poland.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business software (MS Office)
