The Opportunity:

The Manager of Recruiting is responsible for day to day recruiting operations and the planning, development, and oversees the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. As a recruiting manager you will make sure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones. You will also provide advice as needed on recruiting, interviewing, and improving experience by candidates and hiring managers.

This position is also responsible for providing leadership, management and development of the Ensemble recruiting team. The position is responsible through influence and direction to meet performance expectations.

III. Essential Job Functions

Oversight of Recruiting, including but not limited to:

  • Coach and mentor recruiters to meet goals
  • Maintain and update recruiting processes (SOP’s) to support accurate and timely reporting of Key Performance Indicators
  • Building/Maintaining a positive, engaging culture within the recruiting team, with other support teams and hiring managers.

Organize/facilitate recurring meetings with recruitment and operations stakeholders to review progress and address issues and challenges.

Develop practice profiles and interview panels for legal hiring practices.

Provide weekly and monthly reports as requested by Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring managers.

Review performance to ensure timeliness, accuracy, compliance and standards fulfillment as defined in Ensemble Health Partner Service Level Agreements

Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to proactively plan for succession on the team and lead the planning for recruiting coverage based on Talent Acquisition staffing and business priorities.

Perform staff reviews and prepare performance documents for direct reports

Attend trade shows and conferences as needed.
