Role Description:

As the Manager of Provider Services , you will play a critical role in supporting our Oak Street Health patients, providers and business by leading the provider recruiting effort for one OSH division. The manager will both recruit providers and manage direct reports. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Provider Services.

The Manager oversees the following:

  • Manages Associates and Specialists on the Provider Services team.

  • Serves as the day-to-day Manager across all OSH divisions, working with the Director and Senior Vice President as needed.

  • Develops and executes on divisional and regional recruiting strategies.

  • Develops and executes on multi-channel marketing initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team.

  • Develops and executes on conference strategy and residency program affiliations.

  • Supports provider development and provider engagement programming.

  • Works closely with the Division Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents to analyze and understand patient demand. In partnership with operations, medical and finance stakeholders, Manager forecasts supply and demand to determine the number and timing of provider hires for the year.

  • Enhances recruitment materials and sourcing methods.

  • Works with direct reports to assist them in providing optimal candidate experience.

  • Engages external recruitment firms when necessary; negotiates rates and contracts with such firms.

  • Leads the contracting and negotiation when hiring physicians and NP/PAs for own and direct report hires.

  • Maintains and evolves the database of candidate information and development of provider recruitment metrics to measure success and plan for future recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, or equivalent; provider specific preferred.

  • CPRP certification preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of value-based care models preferred.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus).

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
