The Manager of Product Management and Strategy is responsible for working cross functionally to develop, assist in execution, and continuously improve upon a market growth strategy that supports a profitable growth across the entire senior market portfolio including Medicare Advantage, MAP-SNP, ISNP, FIDA and MLTC.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify areas of profitable growth opportunity
- Identify improvements in the membership experience
- Review and summarize key CMS regulatory updates with a concentration on RX changes ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Work collaboratively with finance analysis, sales, and marketing to develop market growth and retention plans to achieve membership objectives
- Identify key opportunities around revenue and medical cost management for profitable growth
- Establish a system to track and quantify program success including target opportunities, success/growth rate and cost of retention
- Manage competitive intelligence including benefit design and enrollment landscape providing insights and recommendations for future growth
- Manage on-going reporting metrics aimed at providing insights and recommendations for future growth
- Review and summarize key CMS regulatory updates
- Support developing presentations for on-going management meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Extensive experience with Medicare products, including Medicare bid filing experience RX experience
- Knowledge of the legislative environment that exist around carriers primarily focused on government business
- Extensive experience with Medicare products, including Medicare bid filing experience
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop plan of action, communicate effectively, and execute
- Product development, finance, analytical, or project management experience
- Strong analytic, strategic and planning skills; must be able to successfully facilitate sound business objectives within highly regulated industry
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to effectively manage time, and commitment to developing quality work quickly
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functionally and directly
- Strong public speaking and oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in public health, public policy or business administration
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large, complex, and multifaceted projects with minimal supervision

Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $100,900 - $145,775

All Other Locations (within approved locations): $86,500 - $128,690
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
