The Opportunity:
The Manager of Organization Effectiveness (OE) will work closely with the Director of Organization Effectiveness to partner with HR business partners and business stakeholders to identify a business’ learning needs and performance challenge areas that build and align to the organization’s strategies with a focus on priorities, improving processes and management effectiveness and ultimately positively impacting/enabling growth of the business. The OE Manager will support change management initiatives and model the way.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support partnerships that strengthen problem-solving strategies and development planning to increase performance.
- Provide feedback to individuals and groups that increase effectiveness and address performance gaps.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret information, data and analytics that provide insights into organizational effectiveness and design opportunities.
- Participate in end-to-end business partner management, with an emphasis on consulting, diagnostics, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Support organizational design initiatives that optimize reporting, team structures, and operating models that support business strategy.
- Serve as a consultant to business leaders across the organization to help facilitate optimal team and departmental performance.
- Support partnerships to influence organizational transformation efforts through organizational design.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to diagnose organization effectiveness issues and collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data that support recommendations to address performance gaps and build capabilities.
Experience We Love:
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with key business partners
- Excellent presentation and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to influence decisions and change
- CRCR Certification or willingness to obtain within 9 months of hire
