Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing the marketing solutions team and digital initiatives by creating and delivering marketing plans; developing and deploying Dearborn Group’s ’s overall marketing strategy by creating; leading and refining the customer experience journey; coaching and developing a team in the most up-to-date digital trends; ensuring alignment to strategy via cross-functional collaboration with departmental leaders including communications, sales, underwriting, and product; determining measurable success of marketing plans by creating, implementing, measuring and reporting on metrics/KPIs on specific digital marketing initiatives and programs.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in journalism, Writing, Marketing, Communications, Business, or Graphic Design and 5 years of experience in communications 9 years of experience in writing, marketing and communication activities.
- 1 year of management or leadership experience
- Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- PC proficiency to include MS O365
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative, analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating across functional groups.
- Detailed oriented.
- Web and social media experience.
- Experience working in a fast paced, high workload environment.
- Experience interfacing with senior management.
- Team building skills.
- Project Management skills.

Base Pay Range$88,700.00 - $160,200.00
