Job Purpose
The main purpose of the Manager is to the lead the implementation and to standardize operational capacities to improve customer experience and service levels.
Implementation Manager develop the various stages of implementation involving product design, development of new products, channel, dealer, launch of new policies or renewals of existing customers, responsible to coordinate the different areas and develop has a long-term vision and develop capacities, helping to operational transformation, and looking for the best customer service and operative excellence.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a focal point and consultant for process improvement, product development and implementation with business partners and internally, using different tools and having expertise in design thinking, sigs sigma, and project management practices.
- Manage projects for the implementation of new products or renewals, setup new prices, using PM methodologies, enabling collaboration and the precise tracking of activities and deliveries of internal and external customers.
- Identifying and mitigating operational risk prior to any operational lunch. The Manager will help to find out and build solutions, understanding the existing capabilities to avoid manual process.
- Being a liaison with partners and internal areas to orchestrate the efforts that could make the different projects viable in the best time to market.
- Increase the integration among the systems with business partners, monitoring the consistent flow of data via appis, SFTP and / or Webservices, resolving eventual rejections and checking the integrity of the information, to ensure that the implementation of the new business occurs as planned.
- Design, analyze, develop, implement and reengineering processes, aiming at the automation, scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness of the different areas, considering their objectives and characteristics, seeking the operational excellence of existing or new accounts with internal or external counterparts.
- Process improvement: lead the sessions, facilitate the problem solving, map the processes, propose the solutions and improvements required in each implementation.
- Elaborate the policies through interviews with leaders and employees, as well as on-the-spot observations, checking the adequacy of operational flows and internal controls to internal and external standards, to identify and correct divergences minimizing any operational risk, and reducing incidents.
- Provide information to internal and external customers, as well as internal and external audit, regarding the activities of the area, providing data / documentation and / or clarifying doubts that meet the needs presented.
- Help to develop functionalities, platforms, or systems, based on the business evolution and partner’s needs. Build internal capabilities to achieve operational excellence and to gain scalability.
- Contribute to the test plan developed, using parameters from different situations, and controlling the results, in order to identify and report inconsistencies that must be adjusted before implementation.
- Provide guidance and technical training to the team, clarifying doubts and procedures of greater complexity, seeking to optimize the performance and results of the department.
- This position will be also responsible to coordinate and map all process using the Risk Methodology, to guarantee the better flow and speed of answer.
- Responsible for defining and identifying reporting opportunities for all the departments in the company, like actuarial, premium, claims, finance, etc.
- Hold the meetings with potential requestors to identify their needs, define the scope of several reports, understand the data from different systems, and pursue automation.
Requirements
University graduate (Computer Systems, System Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Project Management, Internacional Business or similar).
Indispensable: Strategic vision, CX priority, Operational expertise, Project Management expertise, conflict management and experience in system configuration.
Desirable: Courses in Quality, Six’s sigma certification, Lean manufacturing, design thinking, data analytics, change management and problem solving.
It will be valuable experience in a digital transformation process.
Minimum 5 years of experience in positions such as: Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Analytics Manager and other.
Advanced negotiation skill
Proven success in transversal collaborative projects.
Resilient
Advanced / fluent English (desirable)
