- Lead and manage the full HR functions, including recruitment, employee life cycle, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Manage payroll management and employees' benefits in compliance with the relevant legislation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work closely with the managers in resource planning, talent development, performance management, and talent retention.
- Work closely with managers in providing HR consultation to optimize people, structure, process, and culture to achieve business results.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies, plans, processes, and programs to ensure they are effective, relevant, and aligned to organizational goals, market trends, and competitiveness.
- Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide advice and coaching to address people-related matters, including grievance handling and performance management.
- Drive employee engagement programs to promote a people-centric and collaborative culture.
- Manage day-to-day office and purchasing operations; oversee overall office activities and budgeting.
- Manage relationships with facilities management and coordinate office maintenance and support needs.
