Join Micron's innovative and ambitious team in Taiwan. You will play a crucial role in driving excellence in the F11 Production Photo department. As the Manager, F11 HVM Production Photo, you will lead a world-class engineering team, mentor future leaders, and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and orchestrate production operations by bringing to bear AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to ensure outstanding MXT target execution.
  • Develop and implement digital and AI-enabled training programs to improve team capability and accelerate adoption of virtual clustered operations.
  • Identify, build, and deploy data-driven process optimizations and smart automation solutions to improve production efficiency and stability.
  • Drive AI-assisted NPI ramp strategy, applying data analytics to optimize ramp speed, yield learning, and equipment utilization.
  • Coordinate Work In Progress (WIP) across OMT (TY/TC) using real-time dashboards and intelligent decision-making tools to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Enable seamless shift-to-shift communication through digital platforms, structured data handover, and AI-assisted issue tracking.
  • Collaborate with Management, Planning, and Engineering teams using data insights and AI models to proactively identify and resolve production risks and daily issues.
  • Mentor and develop team members through data-informed mentoring, skill gap analytics, and personalized training pathways.
  • Champion a data-driven, AI-enabled culture that promotes accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Establish and scale best-known methods (BKM) via digital knowledge systems and AI-supported knowledge sharing platforms.
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in manufacturing, production, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership combined with a digital outlook and openness to transformation influenced by artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and resilience under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks using structured, data-based decision-making approaches.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in team management, training development, and capability building.
  • Proven track record in operational excellence, efficiency improvement, and NPI ramp optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or automation systems.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Electrical, and ADT engineering groups in a data-integrated environment.
  • Exposure to Smart Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, or Industry 4.0 practices is a strong plus.
  • Early-career candidates with strong academic background and demonstrated analytical/data capability are also encouraged to apply.
