We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SoC Design Verification Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and lead a team to contribute to the verification of complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs, ensuring functionality, performance, and quality meet project and customer specifications. This position requires expertise in advanced verification methodologies, strong technical leadership, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10 engineers, planning and executing project tasks to meet QCD targets.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to develop plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Continuously improve verification methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Develop team members to build skills and expand expertise.
Job requirements:
- Have experience on integration of some peripheral IPs such as Interconnect, DDR controller, DMAC, Interrupt controller (ARM GIC), MMU
- Proven experience in SoC design verification, including unit test, combine test strategies and team management.
- Strong knowledge of AMBA protocols: AHB, APB, AXI is a must
- Proficiency in verification methodologies such as SystemVerilog, UVM (preferred), SVA and Formal Verification.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation for improving workflows.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Verilog, assembly, C/C++/SystemC.
- Knowledge of Functional Safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) is a plus.
- Agile mindset to adapt to dynamic project requirements and timelines.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Expertise in improving methodologies and processes for high-quality outcomes.
- A proactive leader with a passion for team development and problem-solving.
