What you doConduct data analysis and automate manual processes in data collection, data transformation and data aggregation to generate analytical reports using Python and/or similar technologies.
Create and implement interactive dashboards with Power BI for various Compliance reporting and data analysis.
Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation tasks.
Work with Big Data platforms, including Starburst.
Develop and manage data models to meet business requirements.
Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance with regulatory reporting standards, such as BCBS 239.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Continuously enhance data processes and workflows.
Drive and implement Data Analytics in the digital processes.
Represent Compliance as a Data Steward and contribute to the Bank’s Data Governance initiatives, remediation, compliance to Data Governance Policy and procedures as applicable.
Contribute and conduct Business impact assessments to Compliance and FCC processes for the process and data changes in upstream.
You will have 3 to 5 years’ experience developing data analytics solutions.
Experience in design, development and implementation of data analytics solutions using Python and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Good knowledge in statistical analysis, data mining and processing, knowledge of SQL, Python or other analytics tools are essential.
Good knowledge in Artificial Intelligence based predictive algorithm, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), data science and data mining.
Ability to work with unstructured data, parallel databases and parallel query processing.
Attention to detail is essential to identify potential compliance gaps or issues. Develop strong analytical skills to assess risks, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
Actively participate in compliance projects and initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the compliance framework.
