Why Join

As a member of the Credit Infrastructure & Solutions Team within Group Risk Management, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the Bank's credit risk data, reporting, and technology capabilities. Working closely with stakeholders across Risk, Business, and Technology, you will drive data-driven solutions, strengthen risk management infrastructure, and support the Bank's strategic AI, Digital & Data (ADD) transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and future-ready credit risk data and analytics solutions that support both regulatory and management reporting. You will have opportunities to drive innovation, leverage emerging technologies, and make a meaningful impact on how risk information is managed, governed, and delivered across the Bank.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of enterprise systems, banking products, and credit risk management concepts, with prior experience in the banking industry being highly desirable. Success requires a combination of strong analytical, technical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to translate business requirements into scalable data and technology solutions, drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives, and generate actionable, data-driven insights.

You will be expected to:

  • Drive the delivery of data, digital, and AI initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.

  • Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, digital tools, and advanced analytics.

  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.


What you do
  • Drive the Bank's AI, Digital & Data (ADD) transformation initiatives within the credit risk data and analytics function.

  • Manage and enhance credit risk data infrastructure and aggregation processes to support regulatory and management reporting, ensuring data quality, integrity, and lineage. This includes process improvement, development, testing, and implementation.

  • Develop and implement digital solutions, including dashboards, analytics platforms, self-service tools, and data management applications to improve efficiency and user experience.

  • Identify and drive AI-enabled solutions and automation opportunities to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support business decision-making.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Business, and Technology to deliver strategic initiatives, manage priorities, and drive successful outcomes.

  • Provide regular updates on project progress, key risks, and outcomes to management.

  • Relevant experience in banking, risk management, data analytics, data engineering, or technology delivery is preferred.

  • For AVP-level candidates, additional experience leading projects and managing cross-functional stakeholders will be advantageous.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and suitable candidates could be considered for entry-level roles.
