Key Accountabilities
Equipment Optimization & Efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement of equipment performance (OEE) through optimization and technical upgrades
- Improve equipment utilization and enhance workforce productivity through process improvements
Maintenance Management
- Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in executing preventive maintenance (PM) and routine inspections
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with standard operating procedures and reliability targets
Spare Parts & Cost Control
- Manage spare parts inventory, optimize stock levels, and reduce unnecessary consumption
- Drive cost-saving initiatives related to maintenance and equipment lifecycle management
Team Development
- Deliver technical training to maintenance technicians and enhance their troubleshooting capabilities
- Capture and standardize maintenance best practices, lessons learned, and troubleshooting knowledge
Project Support & Industrialization
- Participate in new project activities including design reviews (DFM/DFA), equipment FAT/SAT, and qualification
- Support smooth equipment installation, commissioning, and fast ramp-up to full production
Production Support
- Provide rapid and effective response to production downtime, ensuring minimal impact on manufacturing output
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
Energy & Sustainability
- Support company initiatives on energy management, consumption monitoring, and sustainability improvements
- Identify opportunities for energy saving and implement efficiency improvement measures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical automation, industrial automation, mechanical engineering and automation or related;
- More than 5 years working experience in the same type enterprises same position, or 5 years above of non-standard equipment manufacturing enterprise electrical engineer position working experience;
- Familiar with Siemens 200,300 and 1500 series PLC programming, familiar with Mitsubishi FX series, Q series PLC programming, familiar with Siemens, Mitsubishi servo control system, familiar with ABB industrial robot.
- With various large equipment installation, maintenance and modification experience, having at least 3 times experience in independently completing equipment reconstruction;
- Can independently processing of common mechanical parts failure problem, good at drawing simple three view drawing, understand the difference between common mechanical parts, means of processing, surface treatment, etc.;
- Good reading and writing skills in English, can simple communication at work;

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical automation, industrial automation, mechanical engineering and automation or related
- More than 5 years working experience in equivalent manufacturing/engineering positions
- Familiarity with Siemens S7-200, S7-300 and S7-1500 PLC programming
