JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysis of claimed electronic devices (final product and PCB from production process and final customer from 0km/Warranty).
- Responsible for analysis (defect searching - crosscheck analysis, root cause searching - SW/HW problem and corrective actions).
- Creating 8D reports together with customer and supplier quality department.
- Creating precaution actions to increase manufacturing quality and to decrease PPM in returned claims for 0km.
- Active verbal and written communication with suppliers, customers and head-office during quality problem solving.
- Periodical conference calls with our residents and quality managers located in manufacturing plants across the world.
- Accompanying auditors during their visit in the plant with the purpose to show analysis process and implementation of corrective actions.
- Certified specialist needed- IPC A610 CIS, IPC A600 CIS, IPC 7711/21 CIS.
