The Metrics and Data Reporting Analyst will source, analyze and report key metrics and data. You will be responsible to define requirements, gather relevant details for examination and partner with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operation of the Digital Analytics, reporting & insights function.
How you will create impact:
- Help defining requirements for key performance indicators and partnering with stakeholders to assess data and metrics needs.
- Identifying appropriate metrics, reports, dashboards, and analysis to drive key business decisions.
- Maintaining metrics scorecards and dashboards and completing metric deployment activities including report scheduling, data collection and validation tasks.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to propose and implement effective methods for data collection.
- Responding to ad hoc requests for information and reporting.

To join our team:
- You have three years of experience in Operations, Metrics and Reporting, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- You have a post-secondary diploma in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- You have working knowledge of reporting tools and dashboards (Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy, CRM Analytics, Power BI).
- Knowledge with SQL, python, R preferred.

Expected hourly range $20-25
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
