At Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA), we're looking for an Operations Analyst to help optimize and standardize business processes across our organization.
What you'll do:
- Analyze and improve operational processes.
- Develop SOPs, policies, and process documentation.
- Design and monitor KPIs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase operational efficiency.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence. - Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
