We Are Hiring an Operations Analyst 

Workplace: 100% On-site
Location: Guatemala City – Ciudad Cayalá, Zona 16
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (GUA)
At Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA), we're looking for an Operations Analyst to help optimize and standardize business processes across our organization.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze and improve operational processes.
  • Develop SOPs, policies, and process documentation.
  • Design and monitor KPIs.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase operational efficiency.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
     3+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence. 
  • Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Skills Required
