Job Description

How can you contribute to our growth and transformation?

We are looking for a Process Manager who will actively shape and optimize our manufacturing processes, bring effective solutions, and support our transition towards data-driven production.

This role plays a key part in connecting technology, cost efficiency, and operational processes, with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

How will your typical workday look like?

  • Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and production documentation
  • Develop new processes and implement technological changes
  • Introduce new working and production procedures to maximize productivity
  • Act as a key owner of the production module during and after SAP implementation
  • Implement and drive 5S and Kaizen methodologies
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes

  • Define and change the costing model, operation times, standards, overhead
  • Create and modify BoMs and routings in the ERP system

What do we want to know about you? 

  • University degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Experience with SAP (ERP system)
  • Proven experience leading a team
  • English at intermediate level (B1) and Slovak language proficiency
  • Microsoft Office 365 – intermediate level
  • SAP – advanced level
  • Strong leadership skills
