About the job:- Maintain and develop and improve Metal/Wet processes. SPC CPK target>1.33
- Daily Dispose nonconforming lots on time. Meet OTD & Yield
- Perform DOE’s and other tests. Perform failure analysis on lots or wafers as required for yield improvement. Meet Probe yield
- Supply data and work together with related departments to target yield improvement and cost reduction
- Process/operation SOP set up and training for operators and related people for stable and quality products.
- Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
- At least 2-3 years wafer Fab experience.
- Knowledge metal/wet process.
- Good writing skill in Chinese and English
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of DOE and SPC techniques.
- Knowledge of YMS.
