Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Must be on time and ready to work at the assigned shift start.
- Must be a U.S. citizen. (ITAR/EAR jobs)
- Must wear safety glasses when not using a Scope or a magnifying glass.
- Must have at least 20/20 corrected vision.
- Must have fine hand and wrist manipulation.

Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
- Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparator.
- Math skills: such ad Geometry and or Trigonometry
- Experience with Medical polishing and or Aerospace finishing.
- Must be able to read and follow process sheets
- Must have fine hand and wrist manipulation.
- Must be able to work around sharp or moving machine components.
- May have to stand for long periods of time.
- Need to be able to look through microscopes occasionally.
- Need to know how to spin round parts to achieve certain finishes.
- Blend welds, bring parts to high buffed finish and or satin finishes.
