Set up, run, and adjust CNC turning and milling machines; read blueprints and apply GD&T; use micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators; perform deburring and minor polishing; maintain production across 2nd/3rd shifts. Preferred: Star Swiss CNC, CMM operation, exotic alloy machining, program troubleshooting, and hand toolpath programming. Physical work includes lifting up to 40 lbs and prolonged standing.

Set up and operate Wire EDM machines, write/modify CNC programs, install fixtures, run production, inspect precision parts, troubleshoot machine/performance issues, and perform preventative maintenance. Work is 2nd shift with physical demands including lifting and prolonged standing.

Maintain a clean industrial facility using scrubbers, riders and walk-behind equipment. Perform routine cleaning tasks, follow written and verbal directions, work as part of a team, adapt duties to plant needs, and meet physical requirements (standing long periods, lifting 40–50 lbs). Shift: 2nd (3:00–11:15).

Perform precision metal finishing tasks (buffing, blending welds, satin/high polish finishes) on medical/aerospace/industrial parts. Follow process sheets, use hand tools and occasionally microscopes, stand for full shifts, and adhere to safety and vision requirements.

Operate and set up Swiss-style CNC lathes, read blueprints and GD&T, make offsets, change tools, inspect parts with micrometers/calipers/optical comparators, follow quality procedures, troubleshoot machines/processes, and work 2nd/3rd shifts. Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.

Manage and administer the Quality Management System (QMS): lead internal, external and supplier audits, enforce document control, analyze KPIs to identify defect trends, train employees on SOPs, resolve supplier and customer quality issues, and communicate quality metrics across functions. Role is fully on-site in a manufacturing facility.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mill/turn machines to produce precision parts to print tolerances. Read blueprints and GD&T, make offsets, use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, Renishaw probes, optical comparators), follow quality procedures, and perform physical tasks. 2nd/3rd shift, 8-hour shifts; 3+ years experience required.

Perform quality inspections using GD&T and metrology tools, execute AS9102 first article inspections, complete quality documents, support GR&R and capability studies, interpret customer quality requirements, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and management to resolve non-conformances.

Operate CNC grinding equipment, perform basic CNC tasks and gauge measurements (micrometer, calipers, drop gauges), follow prints, communicate with team, work 2nd/3rd shifts, perform physically demanding tasks, and support tool room and cutter grinding duties as needed.
