We seek a detail-oriented and strategic National Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end procurement and inventory management of branded merchandise ("swag"), while managing financial scopes of work (SOWs), purchase orders (POs), and trend analysis across all operational functions. This role is crucial in streamlining our processes, ensuring fiscal accountability, and fostering strong vendor relationships nationwide.

Job Description:
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Lead sourcing, procurement, and vendor negotiation for all swag and branded merchandise
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and budgetary constraints
- Manage relationships with national and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
Inventory Management
- Oversee storage, tracking, and distribution of swag and related materials across multiple locations
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize waste and loss
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to allocate swag for events, campaigns, or employee needs
Financial Operations
- Manage and track financial SOWs, ensuring alignment with business goals and budgetary limits
- Monitor and report on PO creation, approvals, and lifecycle status
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate reconciliation of expenses and forecasts
Data & Trends Analysis
- Analyze historical procurement and inventory data to forecast demand and optimize procurement cycles
- Track spend trends and provide actionable insights to reduce costs and improve ROI
- Present regular dashboards and reports to executive leadership
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of financial documents, including SOWs, POs, and budgeting processes
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and procurement tools
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with procurement of swag and promotional merchandise
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
