Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
As a subject matter expert in MES (Manufacturing Execution System), you will lead the project engineering team to ensure the successful fulfillment of customer requirements.
REPORTING LINE
You will report to Lifecycle Services, CDM Business Manager.
TO DO
1. You will be an expert in the application/integration of MES, understanding how to use MES following customer requirements.
2. Interface and integrate MES with legacy systems.
3. Ensure delivery of assigned projects by working onsite to meet customer satisfaction.
4. Enhance individual engineering skills and share best practices within the team to improve overall team capabilities.
5. Lead the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle.
6. Collaborate with the project manager to manage technical risks during project execution.
7. Contribute to cost reduction through process improvements and the development of reusable engineering solutions or standards.
OVERSEE
1. Ensure all technical requirements in the sales proposal are met during project delivery.
2. Guarantee project delivery according to the milestones set in the project schedule.
3. Ensure project implementation follows the established project management methodology and system solution team standards.
4. Maximize the use of reusable standard products and engineering processes in project delivery.

JOB RELATED COMPETENCY
1. In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management System, and system integration.
2. Manage suppliers and vendors during system project implementation.
3. Intermediate expertise in project management, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), training, pre-sales consulting, and customer relationship management.
4. Fluent in the Korean language.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. A total of 13+ years of experience working with MES, QMS, WMS, ERP interfaces, RTDB (real-time database), and databases such as Oracle and MSSQL.
3. Advanced skills to assess customer needs for MES, covering system analysis, design, testing, FAT/SAT/UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
MAIN STAKEHOLDERS
1. Domestic engineering manager or lead.
2. Global engineering center and development teams.
3. Global Business Development Manager.
