The Mergers and Acquisitions technology Lead will report directly to the Director of Strategic projects, Mergers and Acquisitions and global PMO.
Your main responsibilities will be to help define and deploy the framework for Due Diligences as well as for the Post-Merger Integrations, to lead the Technology stream of the Due Diligences in close collaboration with the Business, follow-up on opportunities with the Business Lines and the Mergers and Acquisitions Global Team, take part in the assessment of opportunities for the Technology part.
Your main missions will be the following:
1. Define the framework for Due Diligences
Define the approach and the methodology for the Technology to Due Diligences: from the identification of the need with the Business to the realization of the Due Diligence
Depending on the type of deal, define in relation with the relevant teams (architecture, IT security, infrastructure) templates / tools / questionnaires to be used for each of the Technology stream
Deploy the methodology within the M&A Global team and the Business Lines
2. Lead the Technology stream of Due Diligences in close collaboration with the Business
Define along with the Business the Tech Due Diligences expectations / objectives
Set up the team (internal and external contributions if needed) to be mobilized on the Tech Due Diligence
Define experts’ sessions scope and questionnaires and facilitate sessions
Consolidate and review Due Diligences Technology reports as well as integration estimates
Take part in the follow-up sessions and report on Technology progress to the dedicated Due Diligence team
Prepare Technology assessment for the Investment Committees held with the Group Executive Committee
3. Define the framework for Post-Merger Integrations
Define along with the PMI team (Tech and Business) the approach for Technology Post-Merger Integrations and deploy it among the PMI teams and the M&A Global Team
Define governance for the Technology part and set up Steering Committees with the EVP Technology as well as with the Business Unit being integrated
Formalize and share the monthly integration status update
4. Follow-up on opportunities with the Business Lines and the Mergers and Acquisitions Global Team, take part in the assessment of opportunities for the Digital part
Participate to the bi-monthly M&A follow-up meetings with the M&A Global team
Follow-up on opportunities with the Business Lines key stakeholders, help evaluate potential Digital opportunities and anticipate the launch of the due diligences (expectations, pre-analysis of the target landscape, integration scenarios)
5. Support the optimization of Group IT Vendor Management process to enhance its performance and collaboration with internal stakeholders
Conduct an assessment of existing IT vendor management process (practices, documentation, KPIs, governance) to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Define and implement process enhancements (e.g., contract lifecycle, performance assessment, service review)
Partner with Procurement, Legal, and IT teams to streamline vendor governance, improve contract management, and support negotiation and renewal activities.
Manage communication and change with internal stakeholders
The M&A Technology Lead will be working in close collaboration with the Global Technology teams, the Business Lines (strategy teams) as well as with the Business Units (both operational and IT) and the Global M&A team.

Graduated from an engineering school or Business school, you have 6+ years of experience in an audit or consulting firm (or similar position in a company) acquired in an international environment.
You have demonstrated:
Good understanding of organizations and of the stakes of a Technology department
Interest for Digital and Technology and technical knowledge of the different layers of an IT landscape
Ability to handle multiples topics at the same time
Rigorous organization, formalization, planification and follow-up of your projects
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to work with stakeholders of all levels (from top management to the teams)
Conceptualization and formalization skills
Analytical skills
You are/have:

Languages required: French and English, other languages would be a plus (Spanish, Portuguese).
