Job Description
- Track market development and results of programs, campaigns and solutions implemented and make timely tactical changes if and when required
- Track market, cluster and function performance on regular basis sharing insights and recommendations on areas of enhancement
- Support with clients contracting and record keeping of needed approvals and required documentation
- Develop actionable steps that will improve processes (Approvals, contracting, tracking...) and optimize results and KPIs
- Develop required business cases to support various client partnerships and internal approvals
- Explore, manage and coordinate vendors and merchant partners to deliver solutions and value added service on-time and on-budget
- Work with partner functions to influence and gain the support and commitment of targeted clients
- Assist with the identification and analysis of payment trends, market opportunities, and evaluate their value and viability in order to make strategic recommendations on future business direction
- Track various budget spends ensuring timely usage and adhering by set guidelines
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
