Job Summary

The Red Hat MEA Marketing team is looking for a MENA Marketing Manager to join us, based in Dubai, UAE, with an expectation of regular in office presence.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated, outcome driven marketing strategy that supports Red Hat’s business priorities and growth objectives across MENA.

You will partner closely with regional sales leadership and cross functional marketing teams to translate business priorities into measurable marketing programs across field, digital, social, partner and communications channels.

You will also work closely with Red Hat’s partner ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, OEMs, system integrators (SIs) and independent software vendors (ISVs), to develop and execute joint marketing programs that drive demand, pipeline and business impact.

What you will do

  • Develop and own the annual MENA marketing plan, aligned with regional business priorities, growth objectives and the broader MEA marketing strategy.

  • Build and execute integrated, outcome driven marketing programs across field, digital, social, partner and communications channels.

  • Partner closely with MENA business and sales leadership, acting as a trusted marketing advisor and translating business priorities into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Drive measurable contribution to demand generation, pipeline creation and revenue growth, using performance insights to continuously optimize marketing investment and execution.

  • Develop and execute partner marketing programs with distributors, resellers, OEMs, SIs and ISVs to extend market reach and accelerate demand generation.

  • Guide partners on campaign strategy, execution and measurement to ensure alignment with Red Hat priorities and maximize return on investment.

  • Collaborate with MEA and EMEA marketing teams to leverage regional programs, content, expertise and best practices while ensuring local market relevance.

  • Manage local marketing agencies, event partners and suppliers, ensuring strong execution, cost effectiveness and consistent delivery against Red Hat standards.

  • Manage the MENA marketing budget and prioritize investments based on business impact, performance and strategic priorities.

  • Track, analyze and communicate marketing performance, providing clear visibility into outcomes, pipeline impact and return on investment.

  • Represent marketing within the MENA leadership ecosystem and maintain strong stakeholder alignment across sales, partner and marketing organizations.

What you will bring
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within the enterprise technology or IT sector and with experience across MENA markets.

  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across field, digital, social and partner marketing.

  • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline creation and outcome based marketing measurement.

  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, OEMs, SIs and/or ISVs.

  • Strong knowledge of the MENA technology landscape, key industry events and relevant partner ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor to sales and business leadership.

  • Experience managing agencies, suppliers, budgets and multiple concurrent marketing programs.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and performance insights to optimize marketing investments.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.

  • Fluent English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region, approximately 25%.

  • Strong focus on business outcomes, accountability and execution.
