As a MENA Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products or services in the Middle East and North Africa region. You will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to create impactful campaigns, generate leads, and increase brand awareness in the MENA market. Your role will involve a combination of strategic planning, cultural sensitivity, and market knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans that are tailored to the MENA market. This includes identifying target markets, understanding cultural nuances, developing messaging, and selecting appropriate marketing channels for the region.

Localization and cultural adaptation: Ensure that marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging are culturally relevant and resonate with the target audience in the MENA region. Adapt content, imagery, and language to align with local customs, values, and preferences.

Digital marketing: Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms popular in the MENA region, such as search engines, social media channels, email marketing, and local directories. Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Content creation and campaign management: Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and print materials, taking into consideration local cultural sensitivities and language preferences. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.

Market research and analysis: Conduct market research specific to the MENA region to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for the region.

Relationship building: Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, agencies, influencers, and partners to support marketing initiatives in the MENA region. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.

Event management: Plan and coordinate marketing events specific to the MENA region, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches. Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities, considering local customs and preferences.

Budget management: Monitor marketing budgets allocated for the MENA region and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Track expenses, evaluate return on investment (ROI), and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on the MENA region.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics in the MENA market.
  • Familiarity with cultural nuances, preferences, and trends in the MENA region.
