What You’ll Do
Command File Development: Write DRC command files for advanced verification. (e.g Redundant Via check/Wide metal via count check....)
Develop methodology and construct flow to verify memory IP layout.
Automation Engineering: Build and maintain automated scripts to streamline the physical verification.
Other flow Development: IR/EM flow development (Totem/Redhawk)
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IC Physical Verification.
Process Node: Proven track record with 7nm or below FinFET advanced process nodes.
EDA Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with Siemens Calibre (DRC/LVS/perc), Totem, Redhawk, Synopsys IC Validator
Scripting Languages: Deep knowledge of SVRF, TVF, Tcl, Python, or Shell scripting.
Language Proficiency: Strong technical communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Skills Required
