Riverside Management & Financial Services, Inc. is hiring a Membership Coordinator to manage and support day-to-day membership and resident services at their newly developed community in Madera, California. This position will be responsible for being the point of contact for homeowners and residents with membership and amenity requests.


Key Responsibilities Include

  • Serve as the primary contact for Homeowners and residents regarding memberships, amenities, access, and community services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date homeowner and resident membership records.
  • Process new homeowner and resident registrations and account updates.
  • Manage amenity access, including key fobs, access cards, credentials, and related records.
  • Assist residents with clubhouse, pool, fitness center, park, and other community amenity questions and requests.
  • Verify resident eligibility and membership status in accordance with Association policies.
  • Communicate Association rules, policies, procedures, and amenity requirements to residents in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of membership activity, access credentials, amenity use, and resident requests.
  • Coordinate with Community Managers, maintenance staff, security personnel, vendors, and other departments to resolve member concerns.
  • Assist with monitoring amenity areas and reporting maintenance, safety, access, or operational concerns to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of homeowner and resident information.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records related to membership, amenity usage, access, and resident services.

Ideal Candidate Qualities and Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, membership service, property management or another related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with membership databases or resident management software is highly desirable.
  • Experience HOA or community associations is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adjust tone as necessary.
  • Comfortability engaging with members while maintaining clear professional boundaries.


This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $24-$25, based on experience with an excellent benefit package, including health, vision, dental and 401(k) with employer matching.
