Provides administrative and clerical support to a community management team. Responsibilities include handling resident communications, maintaining records, processing requests and invoices, coordinating vendors and contractors, preparing board meeting materials, tracking deadlines and compliance documentation, and managing calendars and schedules.

Serves as the primary contact for homeowners and residents regarding memberships, amenity access, registrations, and community services. Maintains resident records, processes account updates, verifies eligibility, manages credentials, communicates association policies, prepares reports, and coordinates with management, maintenance, security, vendors, and other departments to resolve concerns and report operational issues.

Oversee human resources programs and processes, including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations, policies, performance management, employee records, and compliance. Advise organizational leaders, manage benefits-provider relationships, develop job descriptions, support employee engagement, and collaborate on workplace safety. The role reports to the CFO and requires strong communication, leadership, discretion, and progressively responsible HR experience.

The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a nonprofit organization serving underserved and immigrant communities. Responsibilities include strategic planning, fundraising and grant writing, fiscal management, staff leadership, program development and evaluation, advocacy, public relations, community engagement, partnership development, and Board collaboration. The role requires visible representation in Fresno, bilingual communication, and occasional evening or weekend availability.
