Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Assists with requests from the sales force regarding Meeting RGAs and product information.
  • Is responsible to provide reliable product information.
  • Gathers and packs products for outgoing meetings.
  • Reviews and verifies returned meeting products.
  • Assists with the assembly and shipping of display booths for meetings.
  • Orders product for meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Use of SAP

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the organization of meetings required.
  • Use of SAP is preferred but not required

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal and external associates/customers/colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
