Job Summary
Assists the Meetings Team with gathering and packing product and sales aides to be sent for meetings and display booths.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Assists with requests from the sales force regarding Meeting RGAs and product information.
- Is responsible to provide reliable product information.
- Gathers and packs products for outgoing meetings.
- Reviews and verifies returned meeting products.
- Assists with the assembly and shipping of display booths for meetings.
- Orders product for meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Use of SAP

QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the organization of meetings required.
- Use of SAP is preferred but not required
