Digital Services Operations, a global function withing Care Enablement ensuring Fresenius Medical Care’s digital solutions are implemented at our customers correctly and with highest quality and successively supported and maintained professionally throughout the contract period. The team supports the partners in the markets with technical expertise during tenders or in pre-sales discussions as well as customers while using the digital solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Advise sales teams on suitable Digital Solutions and provide pre-sales/tender input, including customer site visits and configuration guidance
- Manage implementation, migration, and pilot projects, coordinating with internal teams, leading project resources, and acting as sub-project manager when required
- Handle customer and subsidiary communication, ensure customer IT readiness, create project plans, align timelines, and organize end-user training
- Track project KPIs and profitability, ensure smooth handover to support, and follow up on open issues after project closure
- Install, configure, and test digital solutions to ensure full functionality before production use
- Complete all required MDR- and SOP-compliant documentation, document change requests, support creation of instructions, and maintain the knowledge base
- Manage remote access, use project management tools effectively, and contribute to process and template improvements
- Support the DSO Support Hub when needed, comply with all FME policies and training requirements, and set priorities to meet productivity, quality, and time standards
Your Profile:
- Qualified training or studies in computer science / IT / information or project management; Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of technical project management experience and 3+ years of direct customer service experience
- Experience in the medtech sector (e.g., hospital IT infrastructure or similar medtech role)
- Local language required and fluent English
- Proficient IT user skills (MS Office, SAP, intranet, remote tools) and solid IT skills (MS OS, SharePoint, Server OS, SQL Server, cybersecurity, O365, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of e-health basics, data security, digitalization, and software/digital engineering processes
- General knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., HL7, TCP/IP) and clinical information systems (PDMS, HIS, EHR, LIS, PACS).
- Knowledge of information systems, connectivity, networks, cloud, mobile technologies, and applications
- ITIL certification and/or PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is an advantage
- Strong, flexible, and customer-focused, able to prioritize, work independently or in teams, solve problems, analyze data, plan actions, and adapt with a hands-on, results-driven approach
