The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a MedSurg Country Marketer Nordics (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by driving business growth, increasing market penetration, and engaging existing and potential customers across the Nordic markets. Here, you will make impact by:

  • Implementing localized, integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the Nordic markets.

  • Leading demand generation activities, including qualified lead generation, local communication strategies, and participation in relevant events and congresses.

  • Contributing to marketing planning and owning the annual marketing activity calendar for the Nordic countries.

  • Gathering market insights on trends, customer needs, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, clinical teams, and internal and external stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management or country marketing role within the healthcare industry.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • In-depth knowledge of Nordic healthcare systems.

  • Experience in marketing planning, product launches, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Fluency in English and one Nordic language.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Affinity with digital marketing strategy and techniques.

  • Working experience in both hospital and out-of-hospital markets, such as home care providers, pharmacies, and general practitioners.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible: Job duties allow for some remote work but require in-office presence at least two (2) days per week in Stockholm, Sweden; Helsinki, Finland; Copenhagen, Denmark; or Oslo, Norway.

Travel: May include up to 25% domestic travel, with occasional international travel as needed.
