We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for media analytics focused individual to contribute to the success of our Global Paid Media Performance Analytics team based out of Copenhagen. The role is the technical media reporting expert that supports the wider Global Media Activation function and is critical in taking what our commercial and marketing teams need in the regions and partnering with Product and Engineering to support the vision of measuring paid media metrics that matters and drive business impact.

Core ResponsibilitiesGlobal Media Reporting – Build the group’s global Paid Media Reporting solution, ensuring alignment with brand, marketing, and business objectives across markets.
Paid Media Metrics that matter – Ensure strong data foundation that can support the team analysing the business impact of paid media.
Ensure the team has the right data foundation to succeed in partnership with the digital enablement function connecting tech with business requirements.
Ensure high standards driving return on investment and challenge current methods of operation using data to provide business outcomes.
Serve as the technical expert for performance in paid media, engaging with the digital organisation, global reporting teams, and external partners to drive alignment and improve our analytics capabilities.

Come and be part of building the foundation for how we report paid media performance across the organisation implementing relevant infrastructure that drives team success. Act as the governance lead, ensuring reporting solutions are implemented and well-functioning in close partnership with our digital organisation.
As a key member of the Global Paid Media Performance Analytics team this person will bring a highly structured approach ensuring a strong and balanced link between our data foundation and business needs.
Do you have what it takes?
- A strong level of experience in digital and traditional media, with either direct or in-direct leadership responsibility at a top-tier brand, tech company, or agency is important.
- In-depth experience in building paid media reporting solutions, ideally from a media agency.
- Strong experience using Python/SQL to transform data.
- Consistent track record of working with data tools like Databricks, Power BI and/or GitHub.
- Able to demonstrate an ability to lead media data responsibilities in large organisations.
- Strong commercial competence with experience handling large-scale global media investments.
- A deep knowledge of the media landscape, ad tech ecosystem, and evolving privacy/ regulatory environment.
- English language both written and spoken at a professional proficiency level is essential.
- Ability to work 3 days from our office in Copenhagen (2 days working from home)
