Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership from media campaign planning, tracking, set up, implementation, optimization, competition reports, reporting to post-mortem deep dive
- Ensure a best-in-class media strategy is consistently applied across all ATL consumer touchpoints which include, TVC, radio ads, print, OOH as well as BTL channels
- Execute media planning process in order to deliver exceptional results on cross channel campaigns and measure success through econometric modelling
- Utilize strong analytical ability and knowledge to ensure an efficient application of media mix to achieve target with expected ratios and metrics
- Proactively researching the newest local and global trends in the Industry and market, developing personal strategic acumen
- Responsible for the relationship and daily work with media agency acting as point of expertise and contact between the agency and Marcomm team
- Managing daily operations of content planning, tracking and reporting
- Offline media and production budget management
- Planning and tracking of all sponsorship communications
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Management, Economics and other related departments
- Min 3 years of progressive media planning experience
- Experience developing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns on time and within budget
- Experience working with large cross-functional teams and external partners, including creative agencies and production
- Ability to think strategically and operationally, delivering the day to day while defining and leading future direction
- Highly analytical thinker, passionate about the value of quantitative data and compelled to find insight in it
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate at all levels in the organization and build strong relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
- Excellent command in English
- Media agency experience is a plus
