Responsibilities:
Develop media plans that align PSYOP, OIE, and influence objectives with target audience behaviors, communication channels, and operational priorities.
Identify and assess traditional, digital, social media, broadcast, print, and emerging platforms to maximize audience reach and message effectiveness.
Conduct audience and media consumption analysis to determine optimal communication channels, timing, and delivery methods.
Coordinate with content, creative, cultural, and distribution teams to ensure media strategies support approved narratives and desired behavioral outcomes.
Develop channel selection, placement, and dissemination recommendations based on audience segmentation and operational objectives.
Monitor media performance, audience engagement, and platform analytics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize campaign execution.
Identify key media outlets, influencers, networks of influence, and communication ecosystems relevant to target audiences.
Support campaign planning by integrating media strategies into operational approaches, communication plans, and influence activities.
Assess emerging media trends, technologies, and platform capabilities to identify opportunities for enhanced audience engagement.
Provide media strategy recommendations to leadership and operational planners to improve reach, resonance, and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ or 5+ years of experience supporting media planning, strategic communications, influence operations, advertising, public affairs, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience developing multi-channel media strategies and audience engagement plans.
Experience conducting audience analysis, media assessments, and platform evaluations to support communication objectives.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
