Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute conventional media strategies across TV, radio, print, and out-of-home.

  • Translate client briefs into smart, cost-effective media plans that reach the right audience at scale.

  • Work closely with media buying and strategy teams to ensure flawless execution.

  • Analyze audience ratings, consumer behavior, and market trends to guide planning decisions.

  • Build strong relationships with media owners and vendors for access to the best rates and first-to-market opportunities.

  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and provide optimization insights.

A bit about you

  • At least 2 years of experience in media planning, with a strong focus on traditional media.

  • Deep knowledge of TV ratings, OOH placements, radio formats, and print circulation.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills; someone who can back decisions with data and present with confidence.

  • A collaborative mindset; able to work across internal teams and client stakeholders with ease.

  • Passion for media and consumer behavior, with curiosity about how offline and online media intersect.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, with good working English.
