THE POSITION
Reporting to the Senior Media Partnerships Services Manager FIFA27, the Media Partnerships Services Manager will play a key role in the planning and servicing of FIFA’s Media Partners, the Rights Holding Broadcasters for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Senior Media Partnerships Services Manager FIFA27 with all logistical and administrative issues related to Media Partners.
- Assist in managing event-related projects in collaboration with internal FIFA stakeholders and external entities.
- Support the planning and organisation of various workshops, milestone events and venue tours for the Media Partners.
- Develop strong working relationships with key internal FIFA27 functional areas to ensure effective collaboration.
- Contribute to the seamless delivery of services to Media Partners during the tournament, always ensuring the highest standards of excellence.
- Work hand in hand with the Media Partnerships Relations Manager to address specific needs of Media Partners during their visits to the Host Cities.
YOUR PROFILE
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Higher education in Media or Sports Event Management.
Experience
- Strong experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the Sports industry and/or Broadcast environment is an advantage.
- Experience of working in Brazil and knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit.

- Fluent in English and (Brazilian) Portuguese. Any other language is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and online collaboration tools.
- This position requires travel to participate in meetings and venue tours across Brazil.
- Right to work in Brazil.
