The PositionJoin our Global Digital Hub Team and Paid Media team as a Media Operations Coordinator in order to drive the long-term Paid Media strategy and campaign priorities. Collaborate with global and affiliate campaign leads, internal teams, and external agency partners to design and scale new affiliate support models.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Lead pilot programs to validate new affiliate support models and scale successful models globally.
- Align media strategies with organizational goals.
- Partner with global and affiliate campaign leads, digital marketers, and social leads for seamless campaign execution.
- Manage agency relationships ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and drive stakeholder engagement and timelines.
- Promote capability building through communities of practice and knowledge sharing.
- Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on insights.
- Manage ad tracking processes with media agencies.
- Contribute to SoW, PO, activation proof, and reporting documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of brand and therapeutic area requirements.
- Champion innovative and scalable solutions.
- Support cross-functional initiatives from a global perspective.
- Ensure governance and documentation within media operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital paid media with technical understanding of tracking performance, adserving, and knowledge of biddable platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic).
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience with project/workflow management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday, Wrike, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
- Comfortable with senior agency and publisher conversations on commercial/service quality topics.
- Capability to coordinate across multiple organizations and countries.
- Detail-oriented, organized, efficient with time management.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-centric skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex issues independently.
- Quick learner, passionate about technologies.
- Dynamic and flexible in a changing environment.
- Strong project management, analytical, and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to engage with senior leaders.
