Responsibilities:
Responsible for uncovering deep consumer insights and transforming them into impactful innovations and brand strategies that fuel business growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Develop and execute category visions and brand innovation strategies tailored for Southeast Asia markets. • Lead end-to-end innovation projects (from ideation to launch), ensuring alignment with consumer needs, brand positioning, and business goals. • Identify and translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into compelling innovation opportunities. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Insights, Finance) to ensure timely and effective innovation execution. • Drive new product development (NPD) and renovation pipelines to fuel long-term category and brand growth. • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and white space opportunities to inspire breakthrough innovations. • Collaborate with SEA marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and effective go-to-market strategies. • Support the Marketing Innovation Director in strategic planning, portfolio reviews, and performance tracking of innovation projects. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. • Willing to relocate to the job location.Disclaimer:
