As a Media Implementation Senior Associate, your role involves collaborating with account managers and advertisers to manage the advertising needs of large global brands. You will liaison with various teams, including Sales, Account managers, PerfX, and Agency, to assist in end-to-end campaign building and modifications.
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for Ad creation & modification on Google Ads Platforms, collaborating with various stakeholders.
Engage in consultative interactions with Account Managers, Advertisers, Creative Agencies, Publishers, Post Production Developers, Quality Assurance Specialists, and Live Issue Support Specialists.
Provide excellent customer service through chat, email, and occasional voice communication, resolving issues promptly.
Accurately implement client requirements with strict quality adherence.
Handle queries and troubleshooting within the defined Service Level Agreement.
Work independently with meticulous attention to detail, proactively communicate issues, and seek input for resolutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills with top-tier multitasking and analytical abilities.
Experience in Google AdWords and familiarity with different online advertising models (Search, Display, Apps, Video, PMax).
Proven ability to make customer-centric decisions and handle technical escalations effectively.
Skillful in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Highly responsive and productive under time pressure, adept at handling high volumes of work and prioritizing efficiently.
Above-average Excel skills, including vlookups, string functions, logical functions, and pivot tables.
Preferred Qualifications
Client handling experience for advertising products like Google Ads (Search, Display, Mobile), Google Analytics (PPC ROI tracking) with knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video) and revenue models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View and/or Cost Per Acquisition) will be a significant added advantage
