Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking a Media Designer to join the Communications Services team! The Media Designer role is responsible for creating print and digital graphics for enrollment and ongoing client new hire communications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage multiple priorities and projects, working independently or following creative direction.
- Works as part of the Communications Team with frequent interaction with the Winston Account teams.
- Attend daily meetings and provide regular project status updates to manager.
- Meets project deadlines and delivers a quality product.
- Learn our project management software, proofing platform and other proprietary job ticketing system.
- Design print and online materials, including guidebooks, flyers, postcards, posters, email communications, digital banner ads, videos, and presentations.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills.
- Proficiency using MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong portfolio of both print and digital design work.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional design experience.
- Ability to identify client brand styles and seamless incorporate them into your design.
- Skilled in print production
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere is a bonus.
- Benefits Industry design experience is a plus.

Pay Range
20 - 25 Hourly
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
