The Role

Are you a media expert passionate about client success and strategic communication? We're looking for a Media Account Director to join our team and lead key client relationships. What You'll Do:

  • Be the Client Champion: Understand client needs deeply, build strong, lasting relationships, and ensure their communication goals are met and exceeded through tailored strategies, regionally (South-East Europe countries).
  • Drive Strategy: Develop and oversee integrated media strategies, leveraging cutting-edge AI platforms and data insights to deliver measurable results and innovative solutions.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Coordinate and empower internal teams to create holistic solutions, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
  • Grow the Business: Identify new opportunities with existing clients and contribute to new business pitches.
  • Mentor Your Team: Guide and develop your account team, ensuring their growth, high performance, and motivation.
  • Ensure Quality: Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of all client projects and reports, maintaining our high standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar account management role within a media agency.
  • Media Savvy: Strong understanding of the media market, consumer insights, and campaign execution.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Client-Focused: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to client success.
  • Tech-Curious: Comfortable with media planning tools and eager to explore and utilize AI assistance platforms.
  • Language: Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive problem-solver, and resilient under pressure.
